Mobile Closings
In addition to our full service offices, we can also arrange mobile closing services to close your transaction almost anytime and anywhere.

DTC Office

Directions:
- We are located in the Regency Plaza Building
- From I-25, take the Belleview exit and head east
- Turn left on Ulster St
- Turn left on Tufts Ave
- Enter parking garage that is on the west side (front side of the building)
Parking:
- Enter the parking garage on the west side (front side of the building). Note: the Ulster Entrance is for employees only.
- We encourage visitors to park on P-5 in the designated visitor parking area, where they will pull a ticket upon arrival
- Parking is free for the first two hours, with a fee of $5.00 for stays beyond that
- If a ticket is lost, there is an $8.00 replacement
FOR BUILDING ACCESS: P4 and P5 have stair access only, while P3 has an elevator. If visitors require an elevator, they may park on P3 in an unreserved space.
Cherry Creek Office

- Public Parking Garage midblock on Columbine between 2nd and 3rd Avenues (parking is validated)

- From US-285, take the Wadsworth Blvd exit.
- Turn onto southbound Wadsworth Blvd
- Use the right lane to turn right onto W Hampden Avenue
- Turn left onto W Mansfield Pkwy
- In one block turn left at Spring Hill West into our building parking lot
Our office suite is located on the first floor.
- After you enter the building
- Turn right at the elevators in front of you
- Our suite will be the first office on your left.
